Muscle movement exercise
A fun introduction to gymnastics for the youngest athletes, focusing on basic motor skills, coordination, and playful movement in a safe environment.
4 years and aboveBeginner / Intermediate Gymnastics
Beginner to Intermediate
Designed for children to learn fundamental gymnastics skills on various apparatus, build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Covers basic tumbling, bars, beam, and vault.

Head Coach
A Lifetime Devoted to Gymnastics
Sir Chandrashekar is an International Gymnastics Coach with 45 years of coaching experience, including 28 years at the Sports Authority of India (SAI).
He has trained alongside Chinese and Russian expert coaches and completed a high-level training course in Europe. Today, he is the proud Owner and Head Coach of Chandrashekar Gymnastics Academy — bringing world-class methodology to every student.
